How to Shop in the Webshop

When you’ve found an item you want to buy, click the [Add to Cart] button. Once you’ve added all desired items, you can view your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page or via the [View Cart] button that appears each time an item is added.

In the cart, you need to choose between “Direct shipping”, “Delivery to the nearest parcel box”, or “In-store pickup”before proceeding to checkout by clicking the [Go to Checkout] button.

Now you’re on the “Checkout” page, where you need to enter your personal details and then choose payment via card or MobilePay with ePay (Dankort, VISA, or Mastercard), direct bank transfer, or cash on delivery. Don’t forget to check the box stating “I have read and accept the webshop’s terms and conditions” before clicking the [Confirm Order] button.

Then, one of three things will happen:

  • If you chose card or MobilePay, a secure payment page will open where you must follow the instructions.

  • If you chose bank transfer, a new page will open with instructions.

  • If you chose cash on delivery, another new page will open with the relevant guidance.

After completing your order, you’ll immediately receive an order confirmation via email, which serves as your receipt. You’ll also get a separate email once your order has been shipped.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping at yerstglas.dk. The 14-day period begins from the day you:

  • Receive the item.

  • Receive the final item in a multiple-item order, delivered individually.

  • Receive the final part of an item delivered in several batches or components.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item if you wish to cancel your purchase. Notification should be sent to contact@benjaminmoller.dk. Please clearly state in your message that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. You cannot cancel simply by refusing to accept the parcel without also notifying us.


Returning an Order

You must return your order to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you’ve informed us of your withdrawal. You’re responsible for the direct return shipping costs. If you use the included return label sent with your order, 49 DKK will be deducted to cover shipping. You are responsible for ensuring the product is properly packaged. You carry the risk for the item from the moment it is delivered to you.


Condition of the Item Upon Return

You can only receive a full refund if the item is returned unused, or used only to the extent it would be allowed in a physical store. If the item is used in a way that clearly reduces its resale value, you may not receive the full refund.


Refund of Purchase Amount

If you cancel your purchase, you’ll receive a refund for the amount paid. If the item has decreased in value due to your handling, that amount will be deducted from your refund.

When you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any extra costs due to choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option offered). The refund will happen without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from when we received your cancellation notice. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you’ve agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided documentation that you’ve returned it. The only cost you incur for canceling a purchase is the return shipping cost.

Right to Complain (Warranty)

IF THERE’S SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE ITEM

When shopping on yerstglas.dk, you have a 24-month warranty. We take great care to ensure your order is handled properly and that your items are free of defects. If you receive a product that is defective, we sincerely apologize and ask you to contact us at contact@benjaminmoller.dk.

Depending on the issue, you may be entitled to have the item repaired, exchanged, or refunded. Naturally, this requires that the complaint is valid and that the defect was not caused by improper use or other inappropriate handling of the product.

It’s important to follow any included user guides or care instructions. If the item is misused or not maintained according to instructions, this will be considered improper handling and the warranty will not apply.


How Quickly Must I Complain?

You must file a complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. If you file within two months of discovering the defect, it will always be considered timely.
When returning the item, please provide a detailed description of the problem.


We Refund Reasonable Shipping Costs

If your complaint is valid, we will cover your reasonable return shipping costs. Remember to return the item in appropriate packaging and to get a shipping receipt so we can refund the cost.
